Delivery Times
What to expect and what not to expect?
Of course we do everything we can to get your online order out the door as quickly as possible.
For in-stock items, this usually means that they leave our warehouse within 2 working days of ordering.
In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, your order will be placed on "back order" and you will be informed of this.
Back orders
Many manufacturers, and therefore their suppliers, are currently struggling with a shortage of raw materials. This is a worldwide and growing problem.
European Tuning is also affected by this, we try to deliver as soon as possible, but if we have no stock of the item and the manufacturer cannot deliver, then unfortunately we can neither.
We therefore ask for some understanding.
Carriers
We work with external carriers, each carrier has its own transport conditions.
We are not liable/responsible after a package has been transferred to a carrier.
Packages that require customs clearance can be held by customs to check the contents or papers.
This can cause unwanted delays for all parties.
However, this is never a valid reason to cancel.
Account/profile page
By logging into your account (we recommend that you always create an account), you can view the status of your order at all times, as well as any track & trace codes of the carrier. You can also view and download invoices for your administration.
Dispatch
We only ship via parcels and letterbox packages, also for parts that would normally fit in a simple stamped envelope.
We do this so that a track & trace code is always available.
Please note: we are not a very huge company who works with many employees from a large distribution center.
It is therefore not the intention that you order items "on sight" and then return them if they are not what you are looking for.
So if you have any doubts about an article or if you really want to see it first, we recommend that you come to our showroom where we will try to help you out with advise and recommendations.
This prevents disappointments and possible returns with extra expenses.
