Turbo Piping Kit - Volvo V40 S60 V60 V70 S80

High Flow tubing and hoses for all turbocharged versions of the Volvo V40 S60 V60 V70 S80 petrol series 2007/2016. This piping kit from DO88 replaces the original pipe and rubber hoses! The pipe have a larger diameter compared to original pipe for improved airflow!

The silicone hoses in this kit are a much stronger alternative to original hoses! Our hoses have 4 layers with reinforcement compared to original hoses have only 1 layer. Another advantage of our hoses is the silicone material that withstands high temperature for long time.

This turbo inlet pipe has better air flow than the stock pipe.
The original turbo intake pipe between the air filter and turbo inlet has a internal diameter of 56mm in the tightest section. The stock pipe also has a resonator section before the turbo inlet. These are factors that restrict the air flow to the turbo. This turbo intake pipe is 76mm (3 inch), outer diameter, all the way to eliminate all restrictions.
