TD04HL-22T Billet AF Turbocompressor

New aftermarket billet turbocharger TD04HL-22T with actuator, a T3 flange and angled exhaust flange.
Highly efficient turbo for high and broad torque. Maximum output around 380-430hp and +550Nm.
Plug & play for most 5 cylinder Volvo engines.

Also a popular upgrade for 740 / 940 models and it's bolt-on to use with our JT75-11-16T downpipe.
Installation to older Volvos require modifications to wastegate clock holder: JT75-T-WG

Compressor wheel: Billet 22T 48.50 / 61.01 mm. 6+6 vanes.
Flow 10-15% better than cast compressor wheel.
Turbine wheel: 11 blade 45.6 / 52 mm
A/R turbine housing: 7 CM angled.
Turbine housing inlet Volvo OEM, fits on original exhaust manifold.

Billet Wheels are designed with slimmer hubs and thinner, larger fins to effect a larger fin surface area.
Combined with the use of forged aluminium, they are lighter than equivalent cast wheels.
Being light, the compressor will spool-up quicker with better response to changes in spin speed.

PLEASE NOTE: the standard internals and construction of the engine block in its original form are not designed for a power of ±400 hp or more, additional adjustments to the hardware are necessary!
